From Nyeri, Kenya (1600–1900 MASL), this washed coffee defies typical Kenyan conventions. The extended fermentation—24 hours submerged, 24 hours dry, then another 24-hour soak—produces a notably low-acid cup with forward sweetness. Expect date and milk chocolate with cozy baked apple and cinnamon notes. It's an approachable, crushable coffee that drinks more like a refined Colombian than a classic Kenya.
