Washed and dried slowly on rooftop beds by hand, the coffee showcases rare clarity and balance with grapefruit, tangerine, and honey floral notes. The Fierros represent a new generation of intentional, sustainable farming, intercropping coffee with plantains, yucca, and sugarcane while raising their family on the same land.
