Hand-harvested cherry-by-cherry and dried slowly on rooftop beds, the coffee delivers remarkable clarity and delicate floral aromatics fused with malt, orange, and honey. This washed coffee stands out for its consistency and balance, qualities that reflect meticulous farming and processing rather than chance. George Howell's four-year partnership with El Mesón includes support for The Pickers Project, ensuring fair wages and dignity for the skilled laborers who harvest the steep hillsides.
