San Martin Small Farmer Lots, Guatemala

From the Asorguate Farmer's Association in Guatemala's San Martin region, this coffee comes from 100 small producers averaging 7.5 acres each. Cherries are washed and dried on raised beds at El Retiro mill, then meticulously sorted by size and density twice before color sorting and cupping at Beneficio Seco Las Cruces. The resulting cup delivers semi-dark chocolate, molasses, and tangerine—an easy-drinking, well-defined profile that reflects both terroir and careful processing attention.
