Dominga Perez Juan has cultivated this coffee since 1998 on her transformed land in Guatemala, now part of Jovemcafe, a cooperative that diversifies income through egg production and tree nursery work. She hand-depulps her coffee, controlling quality at every step. The cup opens with rose florality and ripe peach, finishing with subtle plum notes—a refined, aromatic profile that reflects meticulous processing and terroir.
