The Phantom Geisha is a luxury riff on Huckleberry's Phantom Limb blend, sourced from Finca La Pomarrosa in Peru, where the Silva-Fernandez family recently completed their first full harvest of the Geisha variety. The coffee combines washed and natural-processed lots of this Ethiopian-origin variety, which has become legendary in Latin America for its intense floral and citrus character since dominating the Panama Cup of Excellence in 2004. Expect a complex profile of sweet fruit loops cereal, fresh raspberries, zippy limeade, and a bouquet of elderflower and St. Germaine florality. While it can work as espresso, this delicate, nuanced blend truly shines as a filter brew, showcasing both the varietal potential and the meticulous processing work from La Pomarrosa.
