Brazil Cotrim Honey

This honey-processed coffee comes from Fazenda Cotrim e D'Alessandro in Brazil, grown on the farm's highest parcels where the Cotrim family recently shifted focus toward specialty-grade lots and higher-quality varieties. The Catigua MG2 variety, selected for flavor rather than productivity, was processed using the honey method—which preserves fruit contact during fermentation to amplify sweetness and body. The cup delivers almond butter, cocoa, pear, and Nilla wafer notes with an easy-drinking character that elevates Brazil's traditional profile. This is Huckleberry's only Brazilian single origin for the 2025 harvest, marking the farm's continued ascent into specialty coffee after placing 5th in Brazil's Cup of Excellence.
