Skeleton Key Decaf

Skeleton Key is Huckleberry's house decaf, currently sourced from the Caficauca Cooperative in Colombia and decaffeinated using sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate—a chemically safe process that allows in-country production in smaller batches. The washed Colombian beans are roasted for versatility, performing equally well with or without milk and as espresso or brewed coffee. Expect chocolate, caramel, and sweet nuttiness with hints of raisin and dried cherry. This is a seasonally rotating decaf selected specifically for balance and drinkability after dinner or whenever you want coffee without the caffeine jolt.
