Gesha - Natural DRD - El Burro, Lot 15
El Burro Estate's natural Geisha grows at 1,550–1,800 masl in Chiriquí, Panama, near Barú Volcano within native cloud forest. The cherries were naturally processed and dried whole in a darkroom for roughly 30 days, a controlled slow-dry that builds ripe fruit sweetness and deeper aromatics while preserving the variety's delicate florality. The cup is fruit-forward—mango and strawberry backed by violet-like florals—with a refined structure that reflects the volcanic soils and slow cherry maturation of El Burro's high-altitude microclimate. This is a Geisha that prioritizes aromatic clarity and concentrated fruit expression over heavy body, chosen directly from the estate during harvest.
