This microlot Geisha comes from Cañas Verdes at Hacienda La Esmeralda in Chiriqui, Panama, grown by the Peterson family at 1,700 masl. The washed process includes 72-hour fermentation in a cold room followed by 20 days of raised-bed drying, techniques that preserve the variety's delicate floral and citrus character. Expect coffee blossom aromatics with peach and lemon on the palate—classic markers of high-altitude Geisha expression. Harvested from the lower Cabaña lot in February 2025, this is a deliberately crafted single-lot coffee that showcases terroir precision.
