Washed with care—floated, depulped, density sorted, and fermented underwater for 16–18 hours before extended drying—it delivers the structured sweetness Kenya does best. The cup opens with clementine, red berries, and currants, backed by syrupy body and fresh acidity. A rare single-estate release from Kenya, marking Ibonia's meticulous approach to small-lot separations and long-term quality work.
