From the remote Andean highlands of Sucre, Mazamorras, Cauca, this Pink Bourbon was selected for the Auction for Peace—a celebration of exceptional coffees from a region long shaped by conflict. The honey process preserves sticky-sweet fruit pulp during slow drying, concentrating jammy fruit complexity and bright tangerine acidity. Strawberry jam, boysenberry, and tangerine notes define the cup, backed by meticulous cherry selection and fermentation control. Placing 9th among over 500 lots, this limited harvest captures both the terroir and the producer's dedication.
