From Cafetalera Los González in Boquete's Horqueta region, this coffee grows at 1,600 meters elevation on a farm stewarded by the González family since 1920. The anaerobic natural process amplifies fermentation-driven complexity: strawberry, stewed fruits, and winey notes with a distinctive sweet key lime acidity. Don Mariano González, the farm's 60-year veteran grower, took 5th place in Panama's 2016 Best of Panama Natural Traditionals competition—a testament to the quality and care poured into every harvest.
