The Chiroso variety is honey-processed with selective hand-harvesting and careful mucilage retention, then dried slowly over 12–18 days on raised beds to develop sweetness and texture. The cup delivers mulberry jam, black currant, and kumquat—a complex, fruit-forward profile that reflects both the varietal and Cecilia's meticulous approach. This lot was purchased directly at the Condor Huila graduation auction, supporting women producers in Huila and rewarding the experimentation that defines this coffee.
