Washed and fermented for 96 hours in a cool room before 8 days of raised-bed drying, this processing preserves the variety's signature elegance. Expect coffee blossoms, jasmine, lemon tea, honey, peach, and golden apple—a bright, floral profile with soft citric complexity.
