Fully washed at the Kindeng wet mill, it develops a clean, fruit-forward profile: caramel, green apple, pear, cinnamon, and honey. Pour-overs at 1:16.6 ratio unlock brightness and acidity; espresso at 1:2–1:2.1 balances tartness against sugar-browning depth.
