Mujeres Divinas Set celebrates five coffees from Huila, Colombia, produced by women recognized for excellence and resilience. The lineup includes Pink Bourbon, Tabi, Chiroso, and two Caturras, each from individual women producers within the Condor Huila Project—an initiative designed to empower women in Colombia's specialty coffee sector. Coffees use selective hand-harvesting with either washed or honey processing; fermentation is carefully controlled (24–36 hours) before slow drying on raised beds. Flavor profiles range from bright stone fruit and florals (white peach, lily) to rich dark fruit and spice (blackberry, praline), offering a tasting journey that reflects each producer's terroir and approach. This set is ideal for exploring how origin, processing, and producer intention shape specialty coffee.
