Raquel Trujillo Caturra Washed, Condor Huila Graduation Auction - Colombia

Grown by Raquel Trujillo at Finca San Isidro in Oporapa, Huila at 1,400 MASL, this washed Caturra came through the Condor Huila graduation auction—a cupping competition celebrating women producers in the region. The coffee undergoes selective hand-harvesting, same-day depulping with 24–36 hour fermentation, then slow 10–15 day drying on raised beds before resting in parchment. The result is clear and deliberate: blackberry, blueberry, yellow cherry, pear, and bright grapefruit pulp. Roasted and sourced directly by Little Waves at $6.50/lb green, this represents both Raquel's first auction entry and her ranking in the top 17 of 30+ coffees cupped.
