Benjamin Tunubalá, a third-generation producer in Mesopotamia, Inzá, cultivates Pink Bourbon on his three-hectare La Aragona project at 1,850 meters elevation. The volcanic soils and high altitude create the conditions for distinctive acidity and nuanced flavor development. This washed process coffee exhibits the brightness and complexity characteristic of quality Colombian specialty lots, with the Pink Bourbon variety contributing its signature floral and fruit-forward notes.
