Juan Jimenez is a second-generation farmer in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, who has cultivated coffee for over four decades on his 16-hectare farm, El Porvenir. His early adoption of the Pink Bourbon cultivar has earned him recognition within specialty coffee circles. This washed microlot displays structured acidities with pungent notes of sweet lemon and grapefruit—a testament to both the cultivar's clarity and Juan's expertise.
