Iloma AMCOS, founded in 2011 in Tanzania's southern highlands, unites producers from Mufaumbo and Illomba villages. The cooperative has evolved beyond traditional washed processing to embrace natural fermentation methods while continuously upgrading infrastructure. This washed lot expresses the vibrant character distinctive to the region—bright acidity and clean fruit notes backed by the cooperative's commitment to quality control and agricultural education that shapes each harvest.
