Israel Hernandez's Buenos Aires farm in Colombia's Tolima region produces this late-harvest 2024 geisha—a standout from a region less frequently featured in Passenger's typically Huila-focused sourcing. The washed processing allows the varietal's delicate character to shine, delivering creamy vanilla and subtle botanicals alongside stone fruit brightness (pear, honeydew) and citrus oil. This is a second release from Hernandez and represents a rare opportunity to explore geisha outside the roaster's usual partnerships.
