Neyver Salas is a third-generation producer from Cutervo in Cajamarca, Peru, now managing his family farm El Nogal with a reputation for quality. This washed geisha displays a refined, floral-forward profile with delicate honeysuckle, bright lemon zest, and sweet fig—a testament to both the varietal's inherent complexity and Neyver's meticulous farming practices. The combination of high-altitude Peruvian origin and the prized geisha genetics makes this a limited and noteworthy selection from the 2025 harvest.
