Gachika AB is Kiambu's first coffee of the new harvest season, sourced from Gachika Coffee Factory and its network of 750 producing partners through Kimaratia Farmer's Co-Op. The washed process uses water from Theta River; cherries are pulped, rested overnight, washed the next day, soaked in the traditional Kenyan style, then dried on tables. Expect bright orange fruit character—apricot, peach, mango—tempered by the clean, savory restraint typical of Kenya's finest. With limited Kenyan availability this year, this is a must-grab for those chasing next-season complexity.
