Kaliluni AA arrives from Machakos County, Kenya—a just-landed selection from the current harvest, expedited to capture its peak freshness. The Kaliluni Factory processes coffee exclusively from the Kaliluni farmer co-op, which receives milling support from the broader Machakos Co-op Union. Cherries are pulped same-day after picking and fermented briefly (16–18 hours) before washing and drying, resulting in an exceptionally clean cup with soft stone fruit and berry notes. This is a rare opportunity to drink current-season Kenyan coffee when most menus still feature last year's crop.
