From Huila, Colombia, this Red Geisha comes from famed Cup of Excellence winner Linarco Rodriguez's Finca Betania. The coffee underwent 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by 48 hours of aerobic oxidation, then was fully washed and dried on raised beds for 12 days. Expect resonant red fruit flavors—bright cherry and jammy strawberry with honey undertones—balanced by crisp, clean acidity that's absolutely drinkable. A limited freezer reserve rerelease from a family-run operation spanning three generations.
