Tabi Andino Espresso

Grown on El Porvenir farm in Huila, Colombia, this Tabi variety was harvested at peak ripeness and washed after a brief 24-hour fermentation, then dried slowly over 19–24 days. The washed processing amplifies clarity in the cup—bright grapefruit and cherry notes backed by caramel sweetness. Roasted slightly darker than the filter version, it delivers excellent straight shots and Americanos while maintaining the nuanced fruit character that captivated the cupping table. Sourced from brothers Argemiro and Darwin Bustos's certified organic farm.
