Colombia Camacho Fragancia
This Fragancia varietal comes from Luis Édgar Camacho's farm in Palestina, Santa Bárbara in Colombia's Southern Huila region at 1720 masl. The washed process includes overripe picking, 48-hour in-husk resting, and 48-hour closed dry mass fermentation followed by 15 days of greenhouse drying—techniques that build complexity and clarity into the cup. Expect a soft, elegant coffee with dragonfruit and starfruit notes, finishing with hints of fresh basil and Mejorado character. Roasted to an exceptionally light level (149.3), it rewards extended extraction to brighten acidity; allow a minimum 6-week rest before brewing.
