Grown at high elevation (1500–1650 masl) in Antigua's volcanic soils by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora, this field blend of Bourbon, Red and Yellow Caturra, and Catimor hybrids is fully washed and dried slowly on raised screens inside a custom greenhouse—a method believed to strengthen internal water bonding and preserve cell structure. The cup delivers structured sweetness: caramel, baking spices, brown sugar, and orange zest on the finish, with a traditional flavor profile that brews cleanly without fussy adjustment. A crowd-pleasing breakfast coffee from one of Guatemala's most respected quality-focused mills.
