Grown by Wilmar Castillo at Vista Al Bosque in Huehuetenango's Hoja Blanca valley at 1,900 meters, this coffee combines Bourbon and Caturra varietals through a fully washed process. The medium body delivers apricot, ginger, and nutmeg—flavors that persist even in turbo espresso shots, which taste reminiscent of mulled tea. A reliable, versatile coffee that works equally well as a daily drinker, pour-over, or espresso pull.
