From the Kii factory in Kenya (1600–1800 masl), this fully washed coffee sources SL-28, SL-34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties from 80 smallholder farmers. Cherries are sorted, pulped, fermented overnight, then dried on raised beds for 8–14 days, a meticulous process that yields clarity and complexity. In regular extractions expect tamarind, pear, and floral notes; concentrate the brew and mixed red berries and red currant dominate. It espressos beautifully and rewards a minimum 2-week rest post-roast.
