Grown by 600 producers across Jiwaka and Western Highlands provinces at 1520–1770m, this coffee showcases rare PNG genetics—one of the world's best-preserved typica lineages. Processed as a full natural by Kindeng Wet Mill and dried on raised beds for a full month, the extended drying concentrates sweetness and clarity. The cup is light-bodied and exceptionally clean, with graham, caramel, and mixed berry notes; as an espresso, it pulls red apple, plum, and rose. At a roast color of 149.7—S&W's lightest ever—this is a coffee that rewards patience: recommended minimum 4 weeks rest, with flavors continuing to develop well beyond that window.
