Guatemala, Finca San Lorenzo, Luis Valdés III

Grown in the cool, mist-covered hills of Cobán, Guatemala, this coffee comes from Luis "Wicho" Valdés III, whose family has cultivated coffee since the 1960s. Wicho, an agricultural engineer, has spent over 20 years refining every aspect of cultivation, harvest, and processing across farms that employ roughly 600 people during peak season. The cup delivers crisp, bright fruit balanced by a sweet praline finish, showcasing varietals including Caturra, Catuaí, Bourbon, and experimental plantings. This is meticulous, multi-generational craftsmanship evident in every cup.
