This is the inaugural release in Sightglass's seasonal Women of Coffee series, sourced directly from Finca Churumpapa's Women's Group in Chirinos, Peru. The cooperative operates a community training center dedicated to improving production practices and elevating quality standards, creating economic pathways for farmers to escape poverty cycles. Specialty pricing from Sightglass ensures producers receive premium compensation for their exceptional work. A portion of proceeds supports La Cocina, a San Francisco non-profit incubator for women, BIPOC, and immigrant food entrepreneurs—making this coffee meaningful beyond the cup.
