Traditional washed processing with minimal fermentation preserves the variety's inherent delicacy. Expect gardenia florals, tropical fruit, and a remarkable sweetness that evokes oolong tea paired with vanilla—a coffee that rivals the best Ethiopian Geihas but carries Santa Barbara's signature character.
