From Elto Coffee's Bare drying station in Sidama's high-altitude Bare woreda, this microlot collection showcases JARC selections from local outgrowers at 2200–2300 meters. The natural process—whole cherries dried on raised beds after quality flotation—preserves vibrant acidity alongside stone fruit and citrus complexity. Tasting notes reveal milk chocolate sweetness, raspberries, and a lingering peach tea finish that defies the typical heaviness of naturals. This is one of the cleanest Ethiopian naturals available, demonstrating the skill of Eliyas Dukamo and Mimi Dejene's operation.
