There are few things we love more than a classic washed Ethiopian flavor profile, and this coffee is a lovely example of it. Soft florals greet you at first sip, and stone fruit, like cooked peaches, make up the bulk of the fruit character. The body is round and the texture is smooth, culminating in a cup that sips like black tea sweetened with dark sugar.
