The New School blends 80% washed Aricha from Ethiopian smallholders with 20% co-fermented lot from Colombian producer Sebastian Ramirez. The washed Ethiopian component delivers classic clarity and approachability, while the co-fermented portion injects funky, dynamic fruit-forward character—watermelon, peach, and dark honey with black tea undertones.
