Efrain Carhuallocllo Salvador, one of Peru's most decorated producers, grows this Geisha on El Cerro at altitude. Washed processing brings out the cultivar's signature floral complexity: marzipan sweetness and bright kiwi acidity lead into citron and bergamot notes with lavender-like florality that lingers. This is Geisha grown with exceptional care—a standout first example of the variety for the roastery.
