Peru Ukuku comes from Cajamarca in northern Peru, grown by 20 cooperative producers at elevations between 1550–2000 masl near the San Andrés National Reserve. The washed process highlights bright malic acidity alongside milk chocolate, brown sugar, and dried fruit notes, with a medium body that feels clean and refined. These growers have collectively invested years in quality improvement while stewarding the biodiverse landscape around them—this coffee embodies both excellent craft and environmental commitment.
