Burundi Kinyovu Peaberry Natural

Burundi Ngozi Nkanda

From Ngozi province in Burundi, this Red Bourbon grows at 2,100m elevation in full sun and undergoes a distinctive double fermentation before drying 20–25 days on traditional raised beds. The washed process highlights the coffee's inherent delicacy: a tea-like cup with soft floral aromatics, melon sweetness, and lively acidity.
