Finca La Hermosa sits on Acatenango's volcanic soil in Guatemala, where founders Claudia Abril and Max Perez transformed abandoned land into a Cup of Excellence-winning estate. This washed coffee showcases Orange Bourbon, a rare color mutation of classic Bourbon that produces orange-ripening cherries, contributing distinctive bright acidity. The cup balances subtle dark stone fruits—cherry and plum—with a rounded, creamy milk-chocolate sweetness. This is specialty coffee with terroir and botanical rarity: a small-batch trial variety from a farm that proved itself at the highest level.
