From Heri Agena in Sidama's Bura zone at 2,380–2,500+ meters—among the world's highest coffee elevations—this rare micro-lot (200 bags annually) comes from 500 smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom varieties including the prized 74158. The washed process uses 72-hour open-tank fermentation followed by slow shade-drying on raised beds for up to 21 days, amplifying clarity and complexity. The cup delivers wildflower honey, guava, wild berries, apples, and coffee blossom with a cleansing acidity that recalls premium Geisha coffees. This is genuinely rare and distinguished—a standout specialty offering.
