From a small collective of farmers in Wadi Al-Sail, eastern Haraz region, this coffee exemplifies Yemen's 600-year tradition of coffee cultivation and processing. Naturally processed to amplify fruit-forward aromatics, Z110 opens with dried raspberry and spiced date, then develops powerful warming spices—nutmeg and clove—that anchor a syrupy, molasses-rich body. Brown sugar sweetness and a pomegranate finish create a balanced, layered cup that captures the distinctive character of Yemen's smallholder coffees.
