The family's meticulous attention to fermentation and drying shines through: freeze-dried and jammy fruit notes anchor the cup, balanced by bright citrus acidity and creamy sweetness. 100% San Salvador variety, this is Huckleberry's first natural from Ecuador and among their tiniest lots—a genuinely unique coffee backed by the passion and precision visible on the farm itself.
