The current iteration combines Nicaragua Cooperativa Procafé and Peru La Higuera, both washed-processed beans that deliver reliable chocolate and toffee notes. Designed for versatility—equally at home as espresso, in a latte, or black—this is comfort coffee that bridges the gap between darker roasts and lighter single origins.
