Civitas is a slightly darker roast from Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, produced by Puma Coffee. This washed coffee showcases a full body with prominent notes of dark sugars, chocolate, toffee, and nuttiness—a hair darker than Huckleberry's Blue Orchid Blend but equally refined. Huckleberry crafted this roast to prove that darker, more developed coffees deserve the same pride and care as their lighter counterparts, hitting all the roaster's quality benchmarks without compromise.
