Saif Ulla's washed process delivers a calm, approachable cup with creamy body and subtle complexity—butter cookie and macadamia notes anchor soft citrus, fig, and golden raisin. The farm's extreme shade cover and wildlife coexistence (elephants and Gaur roam freely) lower yields but elevate quality; Saif is a founding member of KaadKaapi Collective, prioritizing habitat preservation alongside heritage coffee.
