Nicaragua Amigos Mozonte

Amigos Mozonte is a collaborative lot from two Nicaraguan farmers and childhood friends: Alberto Ramos of Finca Entre Rios (in the Mozonte region, between three rivers) and Manuel Rosales of Finca Puma Punku, also in Mozonte. Both coffees are washed on-farm, then dried by Puma Coffee, the exporter behind most of Huckleberry's Nicaraguan sourcing. This is a traditional washed Central American profile—bright yet comforting—with tasting notes of nougat, green apple, and chocolate wafer. It's a meaningful release marking Manuel's first appearance as a grower in Huckleberry's lineup, after years behind the scenes connecting the roastery to its Nicaraguan suppliers.
