Manuel Rosales, who sources and processes all of Huckleberry's Nicaraguan coffees through Puma Coffee, entered a small lot from his own Finca Puma Punku into the Nicaraguan Cup of Excellence and placed 3rd in the washed category. When the coffee arrived in the US, Manuel surprised Huckleberry by saving the remainder of that lot and blending it with a similar, identically-processed coffee from the farm to create this special release. Puma Punku Especial delivers the deeply sweet, approachable character Huckleberry loves in washed Nicaraguan coffees, elevated by distinctive fig and plum-like fruit notes that distinguish it from standard offerings. This is an exclusive find—available only in Huckleberry cafes and online—and a chance to taste the quality that earned Manuel recognition on Nicaragua's premier competition stage.
